Environmental Responsibility

Environmental responsibility is one of the most important factors in our entire decision-making process. We have a company culture of going the extra yard to ensure we help ourselves and our customers reduce their carbon footprint. We have a strict no landfill policy and guarantee that no untested units get sent to developing countries. We ensure that all your electronics will be recycled to the fullest extent. This is witnessed through our “No landfill Policy” for any electronics, components or residuals from our de-manufacturing and recycling process. Dynamic Recycling is committed to conducting all of its operations in an environmentally responsible and sensitive manner. To achieve this, we are committed to assessing our environmental aspects, improving our procedures and processes, and reducing our environmental impact.

A major part of being environmentally responsible is through downstream vendor selection. All vendors that handle focus materials (circuit boards and items containing them, CRTs and CRT glass, batteries, items containing mercury, items containing PCBs, and toner) are audited for environmental, health, and safety standards, as well as material handling and the tracking of final disposition of focus materials. We do not permit the use any vendors that send complete untested units to developing countries, and will continue to prefer using vendors that process scrap domestically and use favored recycling techniques. The waste and waste byproducts we generate are handled in a way that reduces the risk of releases to the air, land, or water, and we ensure the safe treatment and disposal of all waste. We have a pollution liability policy of $5,000,000 and are registered with the EPA and WI DNR as a Large Quantity Handler of Universal Waste.

We take Customer Service very seriously. No company is ever going to say they have poor customer service. So when we say we pride ourselves on customer service we let our actions speak for themselves. Please ask us for references from whatever industry you’re in. We provide asset management services for businesses around the country and we provide our electronics recycling services for businesses, schools, universities, hospitals, financial institutions, counties, municipalities and electronics collectors across the Midwest.
We offer a 24 hour policy. We return phone calls within 24 hours and most pickups can be done within 48 hours. Everyone understands the importance of customer service, it’s a matter of coming through with the commitment, and we will do everything we can to make sure your needs are met. We strongly believe in treating all of our customers in a way that we ourselves would like to be treated and we aim to make every transaction as seamless as possible.

Affordability

One of the most important factors in our long-term business strategy is focusing on customer value. We proactively strive to lower our costs for our electronics recycling services to keep our current clients satisfied and to build new customer relationships through affordability. By concentrating on efficiency and cost savings throughout our business units, we’re able to pass these cost savings on to our clients.
Closely monitoring our entire recycling process, from unloading semi-trucks to sorting and weighing electronics, to de-manufacturing and sorting the commodities, we’re able to streamline our process and provide a competitive advantage through economies of scale. This cost savings allows us to buy scrap throughout the Midwest at a better price and to offer extremely competitive prices on our asset management and electronics recycling rates.
