Special Projects/Lean.6S Coordinator

Dynamic Recycling is seeking a qualified professional to lead our Logistics Department. Dynamic Recycling has been ranked as Wisconsin’s fastest growing company in 2012, specializing in providing environmentally sustainable methods for reuse, recycling and scrap purchasing.

Some of the responsibilities for this opportunity includes planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to Lean/6S and special projects for Dynamic Recycling with an overall objective of delivering excellence in processes, warehouse layout and standardization at the lowest total system cost while meeting key financial and incentive rate metrics. The position will help develop and implement strategies to deliver a continuous improvement culture in the organization by analysis of key performance metrics and value stream mapping of mission critical processes. Complete projects specifically designed to continuously improve warehouse layout, work flow processes and productivity. Responsible for standardization of these projects across the network of facilities and taking projects from conception stages to completion.

Cell Phone Specialist:

Dynamic Recycling is seeking a qualified professional to specialize in the cell phone division within the remarketing team.  Dynamic Recycling has been ranked as Wisconsin’s fastest growing company in 2012, specializing in providing environmentally sustainable methods for reuse, recycling and scrap purchasing.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Developing programs for acquiring used cell phones & creating customer relationships
2. Sorting & testing cell phones for reuse
3. Responsible for data security
4. Develop end markets
5. Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

Logistics Manager:

Dynamic Recycling is seeking a qualified professional to lead our Logistics Department. The qualified professional will be responsible for managing the Logistic department as a divisional business unit. This person will also be responsible for holding our Logistics Department accountable in achieving and maintaining a level of excellence that supports corporate profitability goals. He/She must lead the operational activities of the Logistics Department by partnering with internal/external customers to meet schedules, safely delivering the highest quality standard of product, and continuously improving the operational cycle times.
